How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website or official Eternal wear Facebook page. Just select your item, size, and quantity, then proceed to checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Provincial: 4–7 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We currently ship within the Philippines only.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping rates vary depending on your location and total order weight. The final shipping fee will be shown upon checkout.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Yes, for Metro Manila orders, we can arrange same-day delivery via Lalamove (customer shoulders the delivery fee).

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send your tracking number via message or email so you can monitor your parcel’s status.

How do I know my size?

Please check our Size Guide on the product page before placing your order. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

Q: Are your shirts unisex?

A: Yes! All Eternal Wear pieces are unisex and true to size.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: Our products are made from premium U.S cotton fabrics, carefully produced for comfort and durability.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Return and exchange are only allowed for damaged or wrong items received.

We do not allow returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, so please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

Q: What if I received a wrong or defective item?

A: Message us within 3 days of receiving your order and send a clear photo of the item. If verified, we’ll replace it free of charge.
